Job Description

We are working with a high potential edutech company, looking to further grow its presence across APAC. They are looking to invite a Sales Development Manager to join their team.

Our Client:

Our client is a growing business within the edutech sector. They have a great presence across the region and is looking to expand further into local markets. They are now hiring for a Sales Development Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be a team manager to an inside sales team, leading 2 sales development reps. You will be responsible to oversee the team's day to day operations and guide the sales development reps on effective sales methods and processes. You will be accurately forecasting and reporting on metrics for the sales development pipeline and proactively flag risk and correct deficiencies. You will collaborate with management to measure and inspect innovative sales programs and initiatives

The Successful Applicant:

You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in a inside sales role, with at least 4 years of team management experience. You should have prior experience in sales and have prior experience in engaging stakeholders both internal and external. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and drive, also possessing excellent communication skills.
