Job Description

Our client is a known European MNC in the FMCG industry, selling food products around the world. They have a wide portfolio from Adults, Kids and healthcare products.

They are looking for a National Category Manager to drive the business across every categories in Singapore and manage a team of 10.

As a National Category Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

. Driving the channel strategies analyzing the category and point of sales development

. Analyze the sales and market research data to write a channel reports

. Being hands on the strategic cycle activity planning and implementation

. Establishing the point of sales standards for each categories

The successful applicant must have

. A degree in business or any related field

. 6 to 8 years of local category management in FMCG industry based in Singapore and managing a big team

. Great communication, organization as you will work with many stakeholders, selling and negotiating skills

. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, strategic commercial planning and market expertise

You will be part of one of the largest company in FMCG yet being hands on the commercial strategy across many categories. You will learn from the head of sales who has extensive experience in the industry and be part of a high performance and collaborative culture.
