Our client is an ambitiously growing start-up within the logistics industry, looking to expand their presence across the region. They have established solid foundations for further development and is now looking to have a HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be involved in all aspects of HR. You will serve as an advisor and provide effective HR Business Partnering to senior management. You will also be required to oversee HR operations and serve as a HR Generalist when required to ensure efficient HR delivery. This is a role with a good balance between strategy and ops, and also at the same time be involved in ad-hoc HR projects. You will be responsible to take charge of the various policy framework, including both local and global.
The Successful Applicant:-
You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a HRBP. You will need to be highly proficient in the full spectrum of HR and be a strong communicator - liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have sound knowledge on local statutory regulations, and be experienced in representing the business for all HR related matters.
