Job Description

Our client is a global well know brand in the alcohol industry, known mostly for their beer products. They have been present in the region but they are now establishing their Head Office in Singapore.

They are looking for a Head of Off Trade to report to the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

. Define and execute the sales strategies for the Off Trade channel

. Working closely with the distributors to expand the business and achieving company's targets

. Establish partnerships and relationships with key customers

. Analyzing growth opportunities and working closely with top management to anticipate market competition

. Hiring, training and managing team of sales individuals to grow the sales revenue

The successful candidate must have:

. A university degree

. 6 to 10 years of sales in the off trade channel

. Strong communication and analytical skills as you would work with many different shareholders

. Ability to multi task and be efficient and organized

This is a great opportunity to be hands on the growth of a global brand and establish a strong branding locally. You'll be working with passionate, collaborative and creative teams and learn from top management as you report to the Managing Director.
