Job Description

Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading bank currently looking for a 12 month contractor to join their team. This position reports into the Client review head.

Customer Service Specialist (Banking)

Job Description

 

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working hours: Shift work

Salary package: Basic pay + 1 month completion bonus

 

  • Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, product enquires, and helpdesk enquires
  • Fulfilment follows through on case handling and with customer
  • Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers enquires, transaction, requests, and maintaining confidentiality of banks and customers information
