Job Description
Morgan McKinley is partnering with an Out-of-Home crowdsourced advertising platform for an Advertising Sales Executive/Manager role.
Job Description:
- Business development: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating prospects' sales options
- Selling: Sell products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects as well as recommending solutions
- Customer success: Service and maintain good relationship with existing advertisers by providing support, information and recommending new solutions to upsell and increase retention
- Account servicing: Maintain high quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Market insight: Identify product improvements or new products by being up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years' experience in media sales preferred (e.g., radio, media, OOH media, experience in a media agency)
- Strong command of the English language
- Good salesmanship with proven results
- Great stakeholder management
- Motivated, hungry and performance driven
- Able to work independently in a high growth start-up environment
