Job Description

Role: IT Manager


  • Admin-related support processes and support: covering asset/inventory management, user on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Manage information technology and computer systems (Windows & MacOS, hybrid cloud)
  • Design and implement IT frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Audit systems as necessary and manage changes where necessary
  • Consult and support in IT financial planning and spend management
  • Provide guidance and training to support adoption of key ITSM processes
  • Review and identify root cause for all escalated service requests to continuously Improve IT systems


  • At least 5 years of experience working in the equivalent IT operations and administrative roles, inclusive of 2+ years' leadership and managerial experience
  • Relevant experience and competencies with a proven track record of managing both external and internal IT operational teams
  • Experience in service management, service delivery, and/or process management
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration and planning tools
