As Sales Leader, you will drive new business acquisition while contributing to team development and sales structure optimization. This role combines strategic partnership development, commercial negotiation, and digital solution selling, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new partners within the leisure, attractions, and event sectors across Japan.
- Lead outbound new business development through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
- Present integrated commercial proposals combining distribution and operational digital solutions.
- Negotiate agreements and secure long-term strategic partnerships.
- Support onboarding of partners into digital sales and distribution channels.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on deal strategy when appropriate.
- Participate in key client meetings and review proposal quality to improve win rates.
- Contribute to KPI design, pipeline management, and sales process standardization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B corporate sales with strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to independently achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in partnership or alliance-based commercial negotiations.
- 4-5+ years of hunter-style sales experience for leadership-level consideration.
Soft Skills:
- Strong hunter mindset with proactive pipeline creation capability.
- Comfortable operating in developing or ambiguous markets requiring client education.
- Ability to design scalable sales processes beyond individual execution.
- Confident communicator delivering persuasive, solution-based presentations.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native or Fluent level.
- English: Business level preferred.
