As a Sales Manager, you will lead proposal-based B2B sales initiatives, acquiring activity operators, event organizers, and ticketing partners. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners within the domestic leisure, attractions, and events sector.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals combining promotional and operational solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and secure new business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy and manage partner onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance against revenue targets.
- Transition signed accounts to internal teams for ongoing operational support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in corporate B2B sales.
- Experience in partnership development or alliance building.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas or revenue targets.
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting and new client acquisition.
