As Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead proposal-driven sales initiatives targeting municipalities, tourism boards, and government agencies. This role combines strategic business development, public tender acquisition, and digital marketing solution planning, contributing directly to inbound tourism growth and regional economic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, tourism associations, and public institutions.
- Identify and respond to public tenders, RFPs, and competitive project opportunities.
- Design and present structured strategic proposals tailored to government requirements.
- Drive acquisition of regional revitalization and tourism promotion initiatives.
- Develop integrated proposals incorporating digital marketing solutions such as paid media, SEO, CRM, and analytics.
- Plan inbound-focused strategies to increase international visitor traffic.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, product teams, and external partners to execute approved projects.
- Manage post-award project progress, reporting, and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating with municipalities, government agencies, or related public institutions.
- Experience participating in public tenders, RFPs, or competitive proposal processes with successful contract acquisition.
- Corporate sales experience with strong new business development capability.
- Experience drafting structured proposals and delivering formal presentations.
- Experience in digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, CRM, or data-driven strategies.
- Experience related to inbound tourism or regional promotion projects is highly valued.
