Act as a liaison between HR and departments such as Legal, Finance, and Office Management to translate business needs into HR solutions
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and compliance with local labor regulations
Coordinate office operations and manage vendor relationships
Collaborate with senior HR leaders on strategic people initiatives
Support process improvement, engagement programs, and performance enablement
Provide backup support to senior HRBPs to maintain operational continuity
Experience:
1-3 years in an HRBP, HR generalist, or similar role with exposure to cross-functional departments
Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and office management
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage projects and support after-hours business needs when required
Japanese: Native
English: Intermediate to Business level
Additional Asian languages a plus
Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple HR functions
Experience coordinating across legal, finance, and administrative teams
Interest in growing within a global, multicultural HR environment
