Join a global leader in the automotive parts industry as an HRBP Manager supporting their major production facility in Ibaraki. Key Responsibilities
- Drive mid- to long-term organizational and HR strategy and ensure successful implementation
- Act as a business partner to leadership by aligning HR initiatives with operational goals
- Lead organizational development and HR team capability building across the plant
- Design and continuously improve HR systems including recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, and learning
- Support change management initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs
- Coordinate with global HR teams and ensure consistent communication between site and headquarters
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of HRBP, HR Planning, or Generalist experience in a large-scale organization
- Strong background in any of the following: HR planning, recruitment, L&D, HR systems, or labor relations
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business-level proficiency
Technical Skills:
- Ability to manage and analyze HR data using Excel
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a foreign-capital company or in an international HR setting
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical, or electronics preferred)
