Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hiring strategies for graduate and mid-career roles through sourcing, referrals, and agency collaboration
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with consulting leadership to align recruitment goals with business needs
- Lead outreach efforts to universities and participate in global events for new graduate hiring
- Liaise with agency partners to improve processes for experienced hires
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Actively participate in HR strategy with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Business-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
- Strong planning, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
