Key Responsibilities
- Drive independent HRIS configuration across complex project streams
- Translate business needs between HR and technology stakeholders
- Lead structured communications between HR and leadership teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create scalable, user-driven processes
- Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing
- Maintain global architectural standards and design governance
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including vendor coordination and delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience with HRIS implementation projects
- Hands-on expertise in Workday, especially in the Recruiting module
- Familiarity with HR platforms like SAP or Oracle
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working within both HR and IT environments
- Professional and friendly communication style in cross-functional teams
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with mentoring instincts
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Language Requirements
- English: Intermediate to Business level
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
