Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees to foster a high-performance culture
- Advise on organizational design, talent planning, and change management initiatives
- Guide performance management, employee relations, and leadership development
- Support annual compensation, bonus, and benefits cycles using benchmarking tools
- Partner with Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting
- Translate people insights into actionable engagement strategies
- Contribute to the design and rollout of reward and recognition programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of generalist HR experience in fast-paced or matrixed organizations
- Strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits, including salary reviews and benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR metrics
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on flexibility and a problem-solving attitude
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services sector is highly welcomed
