Build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees to foster a high-performance culture
Advise on organizational design, talent planning, and change management initiatives
Guide performance management, employee relations, and leadership development
Support annual compensation, bonus, and benefits cycles using benchmarking tools
Partner with Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting
Translate people insights into actionable engagement strategies
Contribute to the design and rollout of reward and recognition programs
7+ years of generalist HR experience in fast-paced or matrixed organizations
Strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits, including salary reviews and benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW)
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on flexibility and a problem-solving attitude
