Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day BSS and MNP application operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with external telecommunications operators to ensure smooth Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in and Port-out processes.
- Provide first-line technical support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving BSS and MNP-related system incidents.
- Collaborate with system vendors and technical partners to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor operational backlogs and contribute to production stability, process optimization, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Support mission-critical telecommunications platforms through a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Assist with continuous service improvements across enterprise application and infrastructure environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in Technical Support, Application Operations, System Operations, IT Operations, or a related support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing technical issues.
- Ability to work within a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of enterprise application support and production operations.
- Experience working within IT service delivery or operational support environments is advantageous.

- Familiarity with Agile operational environments or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
- Interest in cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise monitoring technologies.
