A leading global software company is seeking an experienced Director, Customer Success Manager to drive strategic customer engagement and business growth across major retail and consumer goods organizations.
This senior customer success role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Retail Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Management, FMCG, CPG, and Enterprise SaaS solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping customers maximize business value, improve supply chain performance, and achieve strategic objectives through innovative technology solutions.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will own key customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within enterprise customer organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business goals and demonstrating measurable value from software solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer performance through supply chain optimization, forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by leading upsell and cross-sell initiatives across existing customer accounts.
- Analyze customer business requirements and recommend solutions that increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate effectively across internal departments to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor customer KPIs, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans to improve results.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B customer relationship management, account management, customer success, or enterprise consulting.
- Proven experience building and managing executive-level relationships within large organizations.
- 5+ years of experience working with retailers, FMCG, CPG, grocery, or consumer goods organizations.
- Strong understanding of Retail Supply Chain Management, including demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, and forecasting processes.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions to large-scale customers.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
