Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Document current business processes, market workflows, and system landscapes to support solution design and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Coordinate and support solution testing with developers and business users to validate functionality and business outcomes.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement effective resolutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact with exchanges, brokers, and clearing houses, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience supporting derivatives and equities systems in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong experience delivering complex IT implementation projects in collaboration with software development teams.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze data and support business and technical requirements.
- Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and cross-functional technology teams.
