Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, business objectives, ROI metrics, and project delivery roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end product and project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Establish project governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage stakeholder communications and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee project planning, WBS management, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Foster collaboration between product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements in product development processes and delivery methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience leading product development initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Team management experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
