Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and technical decision-making for a global load balancer platform.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable APIs supporting high-volume traffic routing services.
- Drive infrastructure automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance traffic routing across global data center environments.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams to modernize platform architecture and infrastructure.
- Analyze and resolve complex networking and platform-related issues.
- Improve scalability, observability, and operational excellence across the platform.
- Support platform enhancement projects and continuous infrastructure optimization efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience developing APIs using Go (Golang).
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, including Cassandra or Redis.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and systems administration fundamentals.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP, and UDP.
- Experience supporting or designing large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting performance, networking, or platform-related issues.

- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus and ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of advanced networking protocols such as BGP, HTTP, and TLS.
- Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Previous technical leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience with Python, Ruby, or other programming languages.
- Experience working within large-scale cloud or internet service environments.
