This unique role combines Technical Writing, Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Documentation Management. You will transform technical concepts into compelling documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and client-facing content that drive product adoption and customer success.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in defining product narratives, improving documentation standards, and supporting global go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, developer onboarding guides, API documentation, and platform specifications.
- Develop client-facing sales materials, product brochures, solution overviews, and value proposition presentations.
- Translate complex technical architecture into clear business-focused messaging for customers and executive stakeholders.
- Establish documentation standards, writing guidelines, and content governance processes across the organization.
- Implement and optimize AI-assisted content creation workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure documentation supports customer success and business objectives.
- Manage documentation projects, timelines, and content updates across multiple product initiatives.
- Support product launches through the creation of marketing and enablement materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience within SaaS, cloud platforms, API-based products, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience producing both technical documentation and customer-facing marketing content.
- Proven ability to create user guides, onboarding materials, platform documentation, and sales collateral.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of software products, cloud technologies, or platform-based services.
- Experience managing content projects and documentation lifecycles.

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency with visual communication tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
- Background in Product Management, Project Management, Technical Support, Engineering, or Developer Relations (DevRel).
- Experience supporting cloud platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise software products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows.
