Working in the Strategy Management Group, you will lead multiple high-profile cybersecurity initiatives focused on Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC), security governance, operational security, and enterprise risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cybersecurity and information security projects from planning through implementation and operational handover.
- Drive Secure SDLC initiatives and improve enterprise cybersecurity governance and project management standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Standardize project management processes, templates, documentation, and governance frameworks across the Cyber Security Defense Department.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and security teams to achieve alignment and successful project execution.
- Prepare executive-level project reports, KPIs, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership.
- Facilitate project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage project scope, risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Program Management experience within IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity environments.
- Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Strong experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity technologies, secure software development, and enterprise security architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams in large enterprise organizations.

- Previous experience working as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of application security, Secure SDLC, cloud security, or security compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise security architecture, and governance processes.
