As an Entertainment Sales Manager, you will lead strategic partnership development with event organizers, promoters, and ticketing partners. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new entertainment event organizers, promoters, and ticketing partners across Japan.
- Build and expand strategic partnerships to maximize ticket sales and platform exposure.
- Lead full-cycle commercial negotiations including commission structures and collaboration models.
- Propose and execute sales activation initiatives to improve ticket conversion and performance.
- Manage end-to-end partnership projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to onboard event inventory.
- Manage stakeholder communication across local and international teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine partnership and growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships within entertainment, sports, ticketing, or related industries.
- Experience working on large-scale events in Japan with 3,000+ attendees.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience with external partners or vendors.
- Established network within Japan's entertainment industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

- Strong partnership-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercially driven mindset with hands-on execution ability.
