My Advice

Never reject the chance to interview with a company, even if at first it doesn't seem like the job of your dreams - you never know what you could learn by speaking with the hiring managers. My Background

Originally from Italy, I lived and worked in Dublin, Ireland for a couple of years and came to Japan at the end of 2015. I joined Morgan McKinley with a background in teaching and almost six years in agency recruitment to focus on hiring and training staff for the Tokyo office.
