Personally, I specialize in executive search and have a strong track record working with senior leadership in both Japanese and Global organizations across various growth stages.

My Advice

It is extremely important to work with recruiters who understand their focus area and have relationships with the appropriate business heads / partners. Career changes can be an intimidating process but don't be afraid to reach out to have a casual chat regarding career advice or opportunities in the market!

My Background

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, but moved to Japan at 18 to attend Japanese University. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked at a boutique recruitment firm focusing on executive search in the technology and consulting spaces.
