Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale performance improvement and transformation engagements.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and business transformation initiatives across industries.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead multiple consulting workstreams and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency enhancement, and value creation.
- Support business development activities and contribute to practice growth.
- Mentor, coach, and develop consulting team members.
- Foster an inclusive and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure successful execution of transformation programs and achievement of client objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting and/or senior industry leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs.
- Strong experience in cost optimization, operational transformation, lean operations, procurement, finance transformation, supply chain management, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams.
- Experience advising C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
