Responsibilities
- Digitize various banking documents using document management systems
- Handle trade documents, such as letters of credit, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
- Maintain and update electronic records of trade transactions and related documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies, especially the outsourcing team in India
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in documentation or operations related area
- Strong knowledge of trade process and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving and being multitasking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, speaking Cantonese is a must
