IT Infrastructure & Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Provided hands-on end-user support and in-depth backend troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Administered Exchange Online and Exchange 2016, managed Azure cloud services (Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, Intune, Disaster Recovery, Blob Storage), and maintained on-premises Windows Server environments with hybrid synchronization and data backup strategies.
• Managed Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco wireless networks, routing & switching, RedBox recording, and performed daily SFTP fund data monitoring using Ipswitch.
• Conducted penetration testing and worked with advanced security tools including Darktrace, SentinelOne, FortiGate firewalls, Palo Alto, Nessus vulnerability scanning, and KnowBe4 security awareness platform.
• Maintained server rooms, fire/water detection & suppression systems, and office physical security infrastructure; demonstrated strong ability to work autonomously and perform effectively under pressure.

Skills Reqd

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Infomation Technology or related disciplines.
• Min. 5 yrs of exp in IT security and Networking along with Azure.
• At least 2 yrs of expeirence in financial services or asset management or banking is required.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
