Role Overview
This role reports to the Director of Engineering and is responsible for leading a major facility expansion project. The Senior Project Manager will deliver a large-scale, confidential capital project on a fixed-term contract basis.
Job Objective
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-value capital expansion project, providing overall leadership, governance, and coordination to ensure safe delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership and experience managing complex projects in regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, commissioning, and handover of capital project

Act as client representative managing EPC/EPCM contractors and key vendors

Establish project governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks

Oversee engineering design, construction, cost, schedule, and risk management

Champion health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Manage stakeholders and interfaces to minimise disruption to live operations

Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle

Oversee commissioning, start-up, and transfer to operations
Experience & Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline

15+ years' experience delivering large-scale industrial or process plant projects

Strong EPC/EPCM contractor management experience

Background in regulated manufacturing environments
