Production Operator

We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our our clients manufacturing team on a permanent basis. These roles are replacement positions within established production teams and offer excellent long-term career opportunities in a high-volume, safety-focused environment.

Two roles are available:

• One position on a two-cycle shift

• One position on a day shift only

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality, safety, and output targets

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with all food safety and GMP standards

• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

• Complete accurate production and quality documentation

• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance, and supervision to ensure smooth production flow

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area

Shift Patterns

Two-Cycle Shift Role

• Week 1: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Friday finish at 2:00pm)

• Week 2: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Friday finish at 9:00pm)

• This role attracts a 20% shift allowance in addition to base salary

Day Shift Role

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

• Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: €35,000 per annum

• Shift allowance: 20% (two-cycle shift role only)

• Annual Leave: 25 days, increasing by 1 additional day for every 5 years' service (up to 30 days)

• Health Insurance: Fully funded VHI health insurance for employee and dependents

• Pension: Employee contribution of 5% with employer contribution of 10%
