The role:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner / Head of Commercial Finance for the subsidiary, you will be the key finance leader for the business - a trusted strategic partner to the Executive team and a key member of the local leadership group. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Commercial and working closely with the COO, you will lead the finance team to drive financial performance, growth and governance across the operation.
Your remit will span strategic planning, commercial analysis, investment appraisal, transformation delivery and financial management. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping business cases for expansion, influencing capital decisions and driving performance across one of the group's most profitable and dynamic portfolios.
With major projects underway and more in the pipeline, this is a hands-on leadership opportunity to deliver commercial outcomes that directly impact the future direction of the business.
Ideal skills & experience:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - able to confidently partner with Executive Management and non-finance stakeholders
- Extensive relevant finance experience across FP&A and commercial finance/decision support/business partnering
- Significant leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience in projects/transformation initiatives
- CA/CPA qualification
