Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to regional revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline creation through to contract execution
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers
- Build strong executive-level relationships within target accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline discipline
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to structure compelling proposals
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to regional leadership
About You
- Proven track record selling fintech, banking technology, or enterprise software solutions
- Experience selling into banks, non-bank lenders, or fintech firms
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated new logo wins
- Confident engaging C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience across lending platforms, transactional banking, or BFSI ecosystems highly regarded
- Commercially astute, driven, and comfortable working autonomously
