Service Administrator (Construction - Engineering)

Morgan McKinley is working for a great company based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex who is looking for an experienced Service Support Administrator to provide excellent customer service, handling client queries, sales quotations, checking of customer orders, updating the systems etc.

Salary: £30K + annual bonus

Location: Office based Mon-Fri, outskirts of Horsham area. Own transport required due to rural location. Parking available

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Service Support Administrator duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries
• Process customer quotations and sales orders
• Scheduling the engineers
• Liaise with engineers daily to provide job sheets, site details, instructions, and customer requirements
• Work closely with the sales and accounts teams
• Maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of service

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Sales Admin support, Service Coordination, or customer sales support role
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Good IT skills
