Finance Assistant (Temp)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the finance team of a lovely company based in the Horsham area. This is a temporary finance support job opportunity to start ASAP and will be working on a temp basis initially for 1-2 months.

Location: Office based - rural outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex (own transport required)

Hourly pay rate: £13-14 per hour

Accounts - Finance Assistant duties:

• Invoice processing
• Payment run preparation
• Sales invoicing
• Statement reconciliation
• Handling supplier / customer queries
• Bank and credit card reconciliations

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant - Finance Assistant type role
• Good IT and communication skills
