The Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our client's team in Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee and manage the mechanical and electrical aspects of complex building projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate mechanical and electrical services on site from design through to installation and commissioning.

Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor site progress, quality, and adherence to programme timelines.

Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary.

Maintain strong communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an M&E coordination role (construction or building services).

Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.

Proven track record in delivering large-scale building projects.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain focus under pressure.
