Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive product training and support to agents on insurance offerings
- Assist agents with complex client inquiries, policy details, and claims-related issues
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to develop effective sales tools and materials
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the market
- Provide strategic input to enhance product offerings and agent engagement
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required by leadership to meet business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on Health products preferred
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to drive product performance and agent success
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Manager grade
