Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, on boarding, and off boarding.
- Recruitment: Attract and select top talent to support growth.
- Training and Development: Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus in working with technology stakeholders
- You will have local experience working in Technology or Financial Services as a HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Passion for driving positive organisational change.
- Must have Australian PR or Citizenship

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, plus superannuation and a bonus based on company performance.
