Private Client Tax Associate Director

A Top 6 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Associate Director to join their team in Newcastle

The nationally operating Private Client Tax team supports and advises HNW individuals, trustees, partnerships, sole traders and family businesses with a wide variety of tax matters. You will be a senior stakeholder in the team, where you'll be involved in strategic decisions, commercial aspects, and developing business across the local region.

As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing client relationships and leading exciting and varied advisory projects
• Managing a portfolio of personal tax compliance and advisory projects
• Managing a small team, including the reviewing work, performance reviews, providing training and development
• Actively maintaining existing client relationships, networking and winning business from new and existing clients
• Collaborating closely with other key stakeholders in other service lines across the National and Local business

You'll be CTA and/or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in the above areas as a Senior Manager or Associate Director in a Private Client Tax team. The business offers flexible & hybrid working, 27 days holiday + option to buy/sell, benefits allowance and yearly discretionary bonus.
