Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, conducting forward-looking wholesale credit risk assessments.
- Lead comprehensive client due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate creditworthiness and financing opportunities.
- Structure and recommend corporate lending and credit solutions using advanced financial analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- Monitor portfolio performance through ongoing risk reviews, credit ratings, and early identification of deteriorating exposures.
- Prepare detailed credit approval memoranda and provide credit recommendations aligned with internal risk frameworks.
- Review and negotiate legal documentation while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Coverage Bankers, Credit Executives, Legal Counsel, and Transaction Banking teams to support successful deal execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes across regional and global teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Wholesale Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Credit Analysis, Transaction Banking, or a related financial services role.
- Strong analytical and credit assessment capabilities, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Solid knowledge of corporate banking products including loans, derivatives, liquidity management, cash management, and related documentation.
- Proven ability to identify key client risks and develop practical credit and transaction solutions.
- Experience preparing credit approval materials and managing complex corporate financing transactions.
- Strong relationship management experience working with front office and internal stakeholders.
