Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for global Private Equity clients.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial statements, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess target companies, evaluate financial performance, and identify areas of improvement.
- Support the deal process by preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and senior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor during the transaction lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical and professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting private equity transactions.
Required skills
- CPA or other relevant qualifications preferred
- Experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence, or a related field, with a focus on Private Equity transactions.
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills, with a deep understanding of M&A and private equity deal structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Conversational Japanese language skills (preferred but not required)
