Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

4+ years managing engineering teams in a software or IT company

5+ years of backend development experience

Proven track record of leading projects and solving complex technical problems

Strong background in cloud development environments and modern software engineering practices

Fluent English and native-level Japanese
