Roles/Responsibilities
- Utilize diverse platforms to source, engage, and recruit talents
- Establish and nurture talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates
- Implement recruitment strategies, incorporating employer branding, to create robust talent pipelines while collaborating with the APAC region
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with both talents and hiring managers
- Oversee recruiter relationships, aiming to enhance connections with key partners and identify new recruiters
- Fulfill any additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Required skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of direct recruiting or in-house Recruiter experience
- Have proficiency in standard business tools, including email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.
- Exhibit proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
Preferred skills
- Multinational company experience
- Display strong teamwork capabilities while also being adept at working independently
