Key Responsibilities
- Manage settlement operations for domestic and international equities and bonds across diverse product lines
- Oversee corporate actions and coordinate securities transfers in Japan and abroad
- Prepare regulatory reporting and support external audits and inspections
- Work closely with the front office, drive system improvements, and lead project rollouts
- Supervise team performance, delegate tasks, and promote training and staff development
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven background in middle or back office operations at financial institutions such as banks, securities firms, trust banks, insurance companies, or asset managers
- Team leadership experience or strong interest in stepping into a managerial role
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, planning, and documentation
- Familiarity with operational regulations and settlement processes
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
