Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
- Build new monitoring environments for multiple products.
- Enhance service performance and reduce latency for a better user experience.
- Support system operations and maintenance, ensuring high availability.
- Provide production support, including on-call troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong expertise in modern monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana, ELK stack).
- Proficiency in Go, Python, C, C++, Java, Rust, Perl, Ruby, or shell scripting.
- Experience managing Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI.
- Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Conversational proficiency.
- English: Fluent proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within technical teams.
- Understanding of IP network systems and protocols.
