Roles/Responsibilities
- Planning of sales strategies for power electronics products.
- Sales operations (product introduction, quotation proposal, order receipt, product delivery).
- Explanation and proposal of industrial products to existing customers.
- Cultivation of new customers through exhibitions and market research.
- Relationship building with customer executives.
- Management of a small team.
Required skills
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate sales within the industrial machinery or equipment sector, with at least 2 years of team management experience overseeing 2 or more team members.
- Bachelor's degree or higher and possession of a standard driver's license.
- Must be located in or eligible to work in Japan.
