Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships within current and new customer divisions, focusing on expanding business opportunities and market presence.
- Drive new business through a combination of phone outreach, customer meetings, and event participation, while managing a pipeline of sales prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and use CRM tools to track sales activities, meet revenue targets, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and sales documentation.
Required skills
- At least 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in high-tech or technical software or engineering products.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and effectively managing business through a CRM system.
- Proficiency in business-level English, with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field being an advantage.
