Senior Business Analyst (Gyomu-itaku)

English only, MUST be in Japan with a valid visa. Senior Business Analyst for an exciting end-to-end migration project needed!

Roles/Responsibilities

• Adresss specific inquiries about Japan's requirements with the global team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Envoke clear understanding and communication of user stories to stakeholders.
• Verifying OMS' (Order Management System) functionality for supporting regional requirements cross trading, operations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the global team to identify missing functions, and designing facilitation such as smoke testing and scope design.
• Conduct UAT test planning, creating training materials with offshore teams, and conducting user trainings.

Required skills

• Possess a strong grasp of business analysis methodologies and processes, with expertise in trading, operations, and reporting functions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of user stories and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of trade life cycle and experience in securities, asset management, trustee bank, and/or custodian banks.

• Business-level Japanese preferred
