Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for SAP-based accounting and billing systems
- Translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications
- Oversee data migration from SAP ECC6.0 to S/4HANA with a focus on accuracy and continuity
- Manage integration with internal systems including e-commerce platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Continuously enhance system performance and ensure compliance with global accounting standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience, including configuration and customization
- Proven implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA, including In-App and Side-by-Side (BTP) extensions
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with SAP Fiori, API/OData use, and SD/MM integration
- Understanding of Japanese accounting practices and principles
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA certification and experience with SD, MM, or PLM modules
- Integration experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with data migration tools and project methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
