This IT Quality Strategy Producer (Haken) role sits within the IT Strategy function, driving group-wide service quality, technical compliance, and process excellence initiatives across multiple technology organizations. Working closely with executive leadership and the CIO Office, you will support enterprise-level improvements aligned with ISO, ITIL, QA, and IT governance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to influence quality strategy across a large-scale digital and technology environment in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality management and technical compliance initiatives aligned with ISO and ITIL standards across IT teams.
- Analyze existing IT and software development processes to identify gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Create and maintain SOPs, templates, process documentation, and internal technical guidance materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to track and consolidate technical projects across business units.
- Implement QA best practices throughout software development lifecycles and technical initiatives.
- Develop knowledge management systems and training materials for technical teams.
- Utilize BI tools to analyze performance data and visualize areas for operational improvement.
- Advise teams on best practices in IT governance, DevOps, Agile, and service management.
- Prepare executive-level documentation, process flow diagrams, and strategic presentations.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives driven by the IT Strategy Department and CIO Office.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, or gap analysis within a large IT environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing or working with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or ITIL frameworks in IT contexts.
- Experience applying QA practices across software development or technical project lifecycles.
- Proven experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical organizations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Experience in knowledge management or internal training systems.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and enterprise IT governance practices.
- Background in large-scale process improvement initiatives within technology organizations.
