Roles/Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Operational Risk domains.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks in collaboration with senior risk managers.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in risk review meetings and provide insights to improve risk management practices.
- Perform detailed analysis of risk data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure proactive risk management.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance expertise in risk management.
Required skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with strong scientific and mathematical skills and a background in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Business-level to fluent Japanese and at least business-level English.
